Our Heritage of Innovation
Founded in Southern California in 1973, Kc Light Bar® emerged from a pure love for off-roading and a desire to enhance the experience. Our founder, Ken Clifford, was an avid off-roader who began hand-making custom auxiliary lights to see farther on night runs through the desert. As word spread about Ken’s creations, he formed Kc Light Bar® to meet the growing demand.
We’ve upheld Ken’s commitment to innovation from the very beginning. When halogen bulbs were the norm, we introduced proprietary reflector designs that revolutionized distance and brightness. Decades later, Kc Light Bar® pioneered LED off-road lights, combining durability, efficiency, and stunning output.
Through it all, we’ve never lost sight of our roots. Though the brand has grown, we remain a tight-knit community of off-road enthusiasts engineering products we’d want to use ourselves.
